Mediterranean Feta Dip with Pesto
Super simple to make, this dip is an amazing partner with any of the Raincoast Crisp flavours. Great to have on hand for a topping on lamb burgers or dipping cherry tomatoes into.
Ingredients
¾ cup crumbled feta
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp. pesto
Black pepper
Directions
In a bowl, mix together the feta and mayonnaise. Fold in the sour cream and pesto. Season with black pepper to taste.
