Administration

Margaret Aro (Maggie) is a seasoned member of the Lesley Stowe Fine Food team. Joining in 1993 while still at UBC, Maggie started working in our office part time and was quickly entranced by the world of food. In 2001, Maggie attended the French Culinary Institute in NYC taking the culinary program followed by an intense course in bread baking. This background has allowed Maggie to play a key role in the research and development of the Raincoast Crisps - one of her many roles as our general manager. Maggie has her hands full raising a young son, but enjoys spending free time outdoors, particularly on the water boating with her husband.

Accounting

Chris Bray, our Accountant, joined our team in February 2007. Chris enjoyed a varied career, working in textiles, gas, banking, fish and lumber before finding his calling in food. When not looking at the books, this sharp-dressed technical wizard can be found watching the latest flick or downloading groovy tunes.

Sales

Aysha Forgues takes care of our order desk and reception, coming to Lesley Stowe Fine Foods in 2008 with 5 years of customer service in the food industry. When she is not busy taking Raincoast Crisp orders or providing in-house sales support, she loves to catch the latest movie flicks or spend time in the great outdoors. Aysha is always up for a new adventure!

Suzanne Price is our Sales Manager. Suz has been with Lesley Stowe Fine Foods forĀ five years and comes to us from the friendly skies, (she was a flight attendant for seven years). She is an enthusiastic people-loving dynamo who is proud to be part of the growth of Raincoast Crisps. When not giving demos or visiting stores, Suzanne loves to spend her time outdoors - Golf anyone?

Marianne Stowe Thomson joined our sales team in 2006; however, she has worked at Lesley Stowe Fine Foods off-and-on for many years. She has also worked at Tourism Vancouver and now brings the tourism spirit to our Raincoast Crisps team. This active mom loves the outdoors and spends her recreational time on the mountain - skiing and biking.

Operations

Ali Samei, our Director of Operations, is no stranger to the food industry. From dairy to snack foods, and from beef burger to veggie burger, he comes to us with over 18 years of experience in the food industry where he worked in different management roles covering quality assurance, auditing, production, and operations. Ali loves to hit the tennis court or the slopes of Whistler in his free time.

May Bo Wu has been with the team since 1998. She started in the storefront selling Raincoast Crisps and then moved to the kitchen to help us keep up with demand - she didn’t like saying we were sold out. This dedicated, hardworking mother of two is now our Production Manager and ensures that we all never run out of raincoast crisps.

Mike Richardson, our Operations Manager, came to us from the land of happy juice in 2005. He brings years of technical and operations experience. A brewmaster at heart, Mike spends his days maintaining and improving the plant. When he isn’t in the world of crisps, three young children keep him on his toes at home.
